Specifications include, but are not limited to: Base Bid – Underground Utilities and Pond: Work under Base Bid is the construction of new storm sewer, pond grading, electrical and communication line replacement, sanitary and watermain replacement and solar panel structure removal. Alternative Bid 1 – Front Drive Lane: Work under Alternative Bid 1 includes the reconstruction of the Terminal Circulation Lanes and the Express Park Lanes, storm sewer, lighting, signing and marking. Alternative Bid 2 Landscaping of Front Entry: Work under Alternative Bid 2 includes removal of existing landscaping from the front of the terminal, placement of new landscaping, planter boxes, planting soil and plants. Alternative Bid 3 – Digital Roadway Sign: Work under Alternative Bid 3 includes the removal of existing terminal and express park signs from the overhead sign support, removal and replacement of existing decorative mesh from the overhead sign support, structural modifications to the overhead sign support, furnishing and installing digital sign board and all electrical connections Alternative Bid 4 – Challenger Parking Lot: Work under Alternative Bid 4 includes the construction of the Challenger Drive Parking lot, storm sewer, biofilter, lighting, signing and pavement markings.
