Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking proposals for advocacy and ombudsman services for the following programs and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. 1. Independent Ombudsman (IO) services for Family Care, Family Care Partnership, PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and IRIS (Include, Respect, I self-Direct) Program. This solicitation covers individuals under age 60; ombudsman services for individuals over 60 are provided by the State Board on Aging and Long-Term Care (BOALTC). 2. External Advocacy (EA) Services for enrollees in the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Medicaid program. DHS does not guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum Contract price during the term of the Contract Proposal that requires a minimum number of commodities or services be ordered. Contract Proposals with required minimums will be disqualified.
