Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking applications to develop and/or operate and expand regional Opioid Methamphetamine Treatment Centers (OMTCs). Services provided through these centers will focus on expanding access to treatment including all three forms of the Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use disorder (MOUD), both long-acting opioid antagonist and partial agonist medications. The OMTCs will provide comprehensive substance use treatment services including access to a full continuum of levels of care The program shall transition individuals who have completed treatment to county-based or private posttreatment care. Applicants should include in their application a description of the services that will be provided by the OMTC. Describe how the agency will provide the following services: • Comprehensive and integrated substance use and mental health assessment, including ASAM level of care determination. • Overdose prevention education, and provision of naloxone to all participants reporting a history of opioid use. • Group, individual, and family therapy. • Case management and recovery support services. • Integrated treatment and/or referral for co-occurring mental health or medical conditions. • Drug testing services.
