Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kenton County Board of Education is requesting bids to supply and deliver propane to District schools and locations. Bids shall reflect the awarded vendor supplying similar storage tanks with comparable capacity to fit in the spaces where the current tanks reside. Any tanks differing from the existing tanks should be noted in the exceptions section of the BID FORM. The awarded supplier shall maintain ownership of any tank(s) provided. It shall be the awarded supplier’s responsibility to continually monitor the propane storage tanks, and make repairs as required. It shall also be the responsibility of the awarded supplier to ensure adequate propane is available in the below-mentioned storage tanks at all times to heat the above listed locations. A cellular monitoring system is required capable of providing an e-mail generated report to specified Kenton County staff indicating current fuel levels daily – the current system utilizes the WESROC Route Management System.
