Replace all flashing pipe vents and install 2 turbines. Labor will require 5 ye; Fascia 1"x 6" Install a 1"x 6", #2 pine fascia with bevel cut joints using galvanized finished nails. Caulk over joints, and prime. Soffit- Install a 3/8" BCX plywood soffit. Prime and Match existint paint; REPAIR HOUSE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM Repair or replace all fixtures to meet current electrical code requirements including junction and outlet boxes, smoke detectors, outlet switches, cover plates, and all other components of the electrical system. INSTALL TO CODE; SUBSFLOOR--1/2" Install 1/2", tongue and groove, CDX plywood decking, nailed 8" on center using screw shank or cement coated nails. REPLACE ALL BAD SUB FLOORING AROUND TOILET AND INTERIOR DOORWAY
