Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a qualified vendor to renovate the Southwest Community Center, located at 6401 Baseline Road, Little Rock, AR 72209. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: 1. Paint interior spaces. 2. New LVT and carpet in select locations. 3. New LED lighting in select locations. 4. New acoustical lay-in ceiling in select locations. 5. New interior window shades in select locations. 6. Repairing part of the existing wood basketball floor. 7. Sand, repaint, and seal the wood basketball floor. 8. Construction of a new interior CMU demising wall with storefront doors. 9. Minor mechanical revisions at the fitness center. 10. Clean and seal exterior masonry and EIFS. 11. Electrical upgrades related to the pool equipment. 12. Partial demolition and capping of site wall. 13. Water line tile replacement at pools.
