Specifications include, but are not limited to: . SCOPE OF SERVICES: 29.1. Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. 29.2. Vendor shall be responsible for the on-going IT security patching, firmware updates, and general maintenance of any hardware or software connected to the State of New Hampshire network. 29.3. The scope of work shall include Video (Internet Protocol “IP” Cameras) and Closed Circuit Television (“CCTV”) Surveillance Equipment, Install, Maintenance & Repair, to all agencies/locations as needed for the entire State of New Hampshire for both hardware and software related to the State’s current Video and CCTV systems. Agencies should coordinate any services, hardware, and/or software implementation with their assigned DoIT IT Lead . Any Telecomm Service Request (TSR) for the installation of Data Drops needs to be sent to the Agency DoIT IT Lead to gain DoIT Approval prior to submission to Telecomm. Any equipment that connects to the State Network requires a data drop which will require a TSR be DoIT approved and submitted to Telecomm. 29.5. A Request for Quote (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW) shall be issued to each successful contractor where work is being requested. The Individual projects shall be awarded to the contractor with the lowest not to exceed quotes based on contract rates meeting the RFQ/SOW requirements. Emergency projects will be based upon the repair rates specified in the offer section. 29.6. The Vendor shall perform all IP and CCTV operations, tests, inspections, maintenance, alterations, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
