Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall work in and perform the following activities per area: 29.2.1. Entrance/Office/Bathrooms: 29.2.1.1. Drop all floors, remove all switch plate covers, patch and sand all drywall issues prior to painting. 29.2.1.2. Entrance, office, and bathrooms to receive a coat of paint to ceilings, walls, and trim 29.2.2. Nave: 29.2.2.1. Tape and mask off mural on back wall for protection. 29.2.2.2. Repair, patch, and sand all drywall cracks above annotated windows. 29.2.2.3. Drop all floors, patch and sand drywall issues prior to painting. 29.2.2.4. All walls and trim to receive a coat of paint. 29.2.3. Nave Ceiling: 29.2.3.1. Drop all floors and pews. 29.2.3.2. Repair all drywall at 45° transitions. 29.2.3.3. Cut and roll each bay up to ceilings. 29.2.3.4. All ceilings, walls, and trim to receive a coat of paint. 29.3. Vendor shall coordinate with agency for recommended paint colors and finish per area. Colors will match the following Behr Dynasty color swatches: • Bottom wanes coating and chair rails shall be Grey Mist. • Walls above railings shall be Shoelace. • Columns, windows, baseboards, and trim shall be Bit of Sugar. • Ceiling will match current color.
