Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Hot Springs is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Performance Data for Professional Services of Bond Underwriting Services. The following Scope of Services shall be provided by the firm(s) to be consider: The firm’s ability to present and evaluate innovative financing options The firm's ability to assist in determining the term and amortization schedule, call provisions, and other factors which are relevant to marketing the bonds The firm's ability to determine the feasibility of bond insurance and to arrange for the selection of a bond insurance firm, if cost effective The firm's ability to provide advice on bond market conditions and timing of the sale of bonds The firm's ability and experience in marketing bonds so as to minimize the City's interest cost The firm's ability to attend meetings, assist in presentations at said meetings, and attend all conferences and closings as deemed necessary by the City
