Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Authority is seeking replacement rental housing for LMHA’s outdated housing stock in its redevelopment pipeline. Applicants must provide an occupancy preference to households relocating from Dosker Manor and other LMHA sites for a portion of the PBV units. This RFP focuses on vacant existing units, newly constructed units or units undergoing substantial rehabilitation that have not received a competitive financial award from a government agency for construction financing or proposed new construction/substantially rehabilitated units. Units may be 1) immediately available for occupancy, 2) shovel-ready, or 3) in pre-development. Proposals consisting of scattered sites are allowed where each project consists of a single-family building, provided all projects are the same housing type (existing, rehabilitated, or newly constructed).
