Specifications include, but are not limited to: Testing of samples for the following parameters shall be performed using approved procedures as noted above, unless specified. REPORTING • All analyses shall be performed by approved methods listed in the current 40 CFR Part 136, as amended, for the duration of the contract or an approved method. • All analytes must be accredited under Chapter 252 and NELAP • The laboratory shall provide a list of all reporting limits for all analyses and analytes. • Final Laboratory reports will provide the following documentation pertaining to the requested analytes: o Copy of the Chain of Custody submitted with samples containing the following information supplied by the Henderson Water Utility ▪ Person sampling ▪ Sampling date ▪ Time and location ▪ Sample type ▪ Analysis requested ▪ Matrix ▪ Sample ID Number as appears on Chain of Custody o Test method used for the analysis and reporting limits for that method o Person performing analysis o Date and time of analysis o Date and time sample was received o Results with units o Any qualifiers or flags • Completed reports shall be reported to the HWU within ten (10) working days.
