Specifications include, but are not limited to: Primary Scope: Water Storage Tank Long-Term Maintenance Conduct comprehensive inspections of water storage tanks annually. Develop and implement rehabilitation plans as necessary to maintain structural integrity. Perform repairs, component replacements, and repainting as needed. Maintain the integrity of each tank sanitary, security, structural, safety equipment and coatings conditions. Design and implement a custom preventative maintenance program tailored to each water storage tank’s specific requirements. Provide asset management services to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Perform detailed inspections and assessments of the second water storage tank. Develop and execute a comprehensive rehabilitation plan, including structural evaluations and corrosion prevention measures. Implement long-term maintenance strategies to extend the life cycle of the water storage tanks. Program must qualify for GASB 34 Modified Approach. These programs will be considered to auto renew annually and the City of Madison can withdraw from renewal with a six month notice prior to renewal date. Northeast Tower Tank Repairs -2024 Install Cable Climb safety climbing device. Remove ridge rail on interior wet well. Supply & install a PAX active mixing system (PWM 150 SCDA COMPATIABLE) o Mixing system to be covered as part of proposer’s water tank long-term maintenance program. Coverage to include: Annual mixer maintenance (filter replacement, motor & electronics condition assessment) Emergency Service Full coverage of any failures including complete mixer replacement
