● Construction of (3) 20’ x 30’ cape style pavilion frame structures to be used as outside learning spaces. One pavilion will be constructed at Monkton Elementary School, one pavilion at Beeman Elementary School and one pavilion at Bristol Elementary School. Individual school addresses may be found at MAUSD.org. Alternate bids for individual pavilions will be considered given the timeline and capacity available in this project. ● Specifications for the structures: ○ Concrete slab specifications: All structures are to have alaskan style slabs. Minimum 4000 psi with 8" minimum x 2’ perimeter, 5" minimum interior. ○ Substitutions can be made with determined pillars or screw piles. ○ Roof specifications : Roof rafters are 7/12 pitch and ridge beam support. Roof decking no less than 1/2" sheeted wood base material covered with 25-year architectural shingles. Alternate pricing requested with standing seam roof. ○ Upright timbers must be no less than 8" with a 9' eave plate height.
