Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Black River Innovation Campus (BRIC) is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit entity based in Springfield, Vermont. BRIC currently occupies a portion of the “Park Street School” at 60 Park Street. Springfield Regional Development Corporation is the owner of the facility. The project is being renovated in phases. Phases include, but are not limited to, site work, exterior hazardous material remediation, interior demolition, landscaping, upgraded electrical service, upgraded heating systems, life safety and code updates, and a new elevator. Construction is to begin on the phases work in 2024. The Owner will approach this project through a Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor utilizing AIA Document AIA-A101-2017.
