• Trainer will facilitate at least a three (3) day training, but not to exceed five (5) days. • At a minimum, the curriculum and program must include individual modules on the following: an overview of basic building science, energy efficiency, electrification, renewable energy, energy programs and resources, client education, and communication. • Training curriculum should also include information on additional certifications and career pathways trainees could pursue. • The curriculum and program will be created and presented in an accessible, culturally relevant manner and using a variety of teaching techniques to ensure trainees are highly engaged in the program and able to retain the information. • Training will include at least two (2) days of classroom time and at least one (1) day of field experience in which the trainees have the opportunity to witness an energy assessment. • Trainer will provide participants with a certification of completion. • Training should not take place for more than eight (8) hours per day and include at least a thirty (30) minute break each day. • Trainer will coordinate with the project manager on scheduling and implementing training. • Training should be conducted within six (6) weeks of the contract award.
