GRADING: 32.1.The sodium chloride shall conform to the following particle size distribution specifications as determined by laboratory sieves: • Passing a ½” sieve 100% • Passing a 3/8” sieve 95% - 100% • Passing a No. 4 sieve 20% - 80% • Passing a No 8 sieve 10% - 50% • Passing a No 30 sieve 0% - 10% 33. MOISTURE CONTENT: 33.1. Salt shall be in a free-flowing condition when received at the State of New Hampshire delivery location with a moisture content not to exceed one (1) percent. 34.
