Specifications include, but are not limited to: All Areas – Contractor shall: 1. Repair and/or replace all damaged interior walls. 2. Replace all damaged and stained acoustical ceiling panels. 3. Dust and clean prior to painting. G. Restrooms – Contractor shall: 1. Remove existing damaged decorative tile. 2. Repaired surfaces are to be finished with a scuff-resistant cover. H. Office Areas – Contractor shall: 1. Repaired surfaces are to be finished with paint matching the surrounding area. I. PRODUCTS - Waterproofing Product type must be a clear, penetrating, non-surface coating, which upon application, forms a sub-surface waterproof barrier. Silicone formulations will not be acceptable. Product shall be Chemstop "Heavy Duty Masonry Waterproofing"; Dunn Edwards "Okon W 2"; Kelly Moore "Kel Seal 99"; or equal. J. Interior 1. Includes painted walls, natural finish walls, ceilings, partitions (wood or metal), columns, heat convertors, painted doors, natural finish doors, wood cabinets, etc. 2. Metal window and door frames, heating convertors, partitions, doors, drywall: Two coats, Ameritone semi-gloss acrylic latex enamel or equal. 3. Rest room areas: Two coats, Ameritone Gloss, Kelly Moore or equal. 4. Natural finish doors where applicable shall receive two coats of clear "satin" varnish, Dutch Boy (or equal). Wood paneling: Natural finish wall paneling shall receive two coats of Clear Stain Varnish, Dutch Boy, or equivalent. 5. It is required that all bidders inspect the site prior to submitting a bid. Monetary allowances will not be made for Contractor's failure to include items covered by these specifications. 6. Interior paint brand shall be Dunn-Edwards, Kelly Moore or equal. 7. All painted interior walls to be painted with the primary color to be determined by CHP after award of contract. 8. All areas not to be painted must be masked off by Contractor and protected. 9. All measurements/calculations shall be verified by Contractor.
