Specifications include, but are not limited to: 29.1. Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, permits and technician certification as necessary and required to perform services for washers and dryers described herein. The preventative maintenance and repairs shall be in compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications and the following at a minimum. The Vendor shall create a recommended schedule for preventative maintenance and send electronically to the respective State site representative. 29.2. Person performing the maintenance on all washers and dryers shall be manufacturer certified. 29.3. Vendor shall provide inspection report for each location using any types of washers and standard dryers, related parts, and components. 29.4.The vendor must obtain authorization from the administrator of each facility prior to conducting repairs or preventative maintenance. 29.5.Contractor must respond to telephone calls from any agency withing twenty-four (24) hours. 29.6.The vendor must submit an estimate for repair service needed for any defects found through service completed. 29.7.Request for repairs and/or replace parts will need to be submitted with detailed quote and shall be approved in advance by the State representative. Materials shall be invoiced not to exceed 10% above Vendor’s cost. All replacement parts shall be new and of the same quality as that being replaced. All supplies such as oils and refrigerants shall be as specified by the equipment manufacturer. Substitutions will be permitted only with prior authorization of the State representative. 29.8. Each Agency will choose the frequency of the service to be performed. 29.9. Service to be performed Includes PM for Washers, PM for Dryers
