Specifications include, but are not limited to: KJCC is seeking a skilled, trained vendor to provide Motivational Interviewing, Coaching, and ongoing Quality Assurance for staff. Vendor shall have experience working with Justice Involved Youth in the community and inside a correctional facility along with teaching risk reduction strategies, collecting and reporting data and coaching staff through a quality assurance process. This includes Training and Quality Assurance and Coaching services for 20 staff (fifteen Correctional Counselor lls; two Program Providers; and three Reentry staff) in Motivational Interviewing skill development. The plan below outlines the project with monthly QA/Coaching for Motivational Interviewing: I. Vendor shall provide a two-day Motivational Interviewing training sessions for up to 20 KJCC staff, at a mutually agreed upon time and date. II. Vendor shall provide a one-day Coaches for Supervisors training session for up to 8 KJCC supervisory and leadership staff, at a mutually agreed upon time and date and a one-day training in a topic of choice for up to 20 KJCC staff, at a mutually agreed upon time and date.
