Kingdom Trail Association seeks a project manager to lead permitting and predevelopment work for the Community Hub project, including but not limited to coordinating all aspects of predevelopment, including permits such as Act 250 applicability review and coordinating to conduct the necessary studies to confirm that there are no significant issues that could impact project viability. With project viability confirmed, the project manager will coordinate all aspects of the design/engineering to have consultants develop plans to provide detailed estimates of probable construction costs and submit for required permits. Additional coordination with KTA and grant writing consultants is required. Subsequent phases will require project management as the project moves from predevelopment through construction. The project manager of the predevelopment phase will support KTA in grant writing and seeking additional funding opportunities with the potential to continue on throughout the project.
