Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall inspect the roofs of all identified buildings to determine repairs needed and method of repairs required, including damages to the structure such as drywall or wood. B. Photograph and document any deficiencies on the Roof Inspection. Immediately notify the CHP Facilities Coordinator of all deficiencies. C. Clean entire roof of debris; clean out all gutters and downspouts and ensure all mold growth is properly removed. D. Contractor shall remove damaged areas and replace with like roof type and/or materials. E. Contractor shall make all repairs by methods deemed appropriate for repair type. F. Contractor shall ensure copings, counter flashing, and other metal work shall be fastened to resist wind uplift and prevent bulking. Metal should be sealed to prevent moisture. G. Contractor shall ensure job site and premises will be kept clean and work will be conducted in a manner least disruptive to site occupants. H. Contractor shall haul away all debris caused by the above work according to code and industry standards. I. Contractor shall ensure the roofing repair work is done in accordance to industry standards using the very best materials available and work done by competent individuals licensed and/or certified by the manufacturer. J. Product delivery, storage, and handling: Contractor shall deliver materials to the job site in original, unopened containers, with the manufacturer's name, brand name and installation instructions. K. Contractor will guarantee work for two (2) years unconditionally, to include material and labor.
