Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Wisconsin, Department of Workforce Development (DWD), on behalf of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), requests bids for Administrative Services which specifically includes (1) Nominee Agency and/or (2) Financial Accounting Services and/or (3) Vending Services for Wisconsin's Business Enterprise Program (BEP); and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract or Contracts for the Nominee Agency, Financial Accounting, and/or Vending Services to serve BEP operators across the state. DWD does not guarantee it shall purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities or services be ordered will be rejected. There shall be no guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum Contract price during the term of the Contract
