Specifications include, but are not limited to: Full Construction Management Services The full range of sub-trades normally associated with a project of this type, will be required. It is expected that the construction management firm will work closely with the university/college and the architect. The Owner’s representative(s) and the design professional will assist the construction manager in identifying and selecting the appropriate qualified sub-contractors for this project. Construction Management Services – Two Phases CM services will be divided into two phases: preconstruction services, and bidding and construction services. The construction manager will be required to submit a proposal for the preconstruction services and the bidding and construction phase of the project.
