The selected contractor will be responsible for: • Procuring and transporting all necessary materials and equipment. • Installing street lights according to the specifications provided. • Ensuring all installations comply with safety and electrical standards. • Removing and disposing of old fixtures, if applicable. • Conducting tests and inspections to ensure proper functionality. • Providing a warranty for workmanship and materials. • Adhering to the Davis-Bacon Wage Act requirements, ensuring all laborers and mechanics are paid prevailing wages. • Complying with the Build America Buy America Act, ensuring that all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in the project are produced in the United States.
