Specifications include, but are not limited to: Once a year, test and calibrate gas detectors at sites noted on the inventory list, EXHIBIT F -SERVICE SITES. Services to start July 1st and be completed by June 30th. • The awarded contractor will need to have a technician certified to calibrate Honeywell Analytics Gas Detectors and a copy of the certification must be provided at time of submittal. • The awarded contractor is required to have a factory testing apparatus, equipment, gases and provide a detailed testing procedure for each type of detector approved by WCSD Facilities Management Department. • On initial inspection, the awarded contractor must fill out the EXHIBIT F with manufacturer, model number and serial number. • Record the inspection date on EXHIBIT F. • Note any uncorrected deficiencies on EXHIBIT F. • The awarded vendor acknowledges and agrees that the scope of this Contract may be expanded to include additional servicing sites for the calibration of gas detectors. These additional sites are not initially listed in the Contract but may be added during the term of the Contract via amendment. Before the start of calibration, the awarded contractor must submit to WCSD Facilities Management Department a sample of inspection tags, from which one will be selected to be used throughout the District. • The tags must have spaces to identify site, location, and serial number of gas detector. They must have multiple spaces for dates and technician initials to be entered when calibration is complete. • The tags will need to be attached to the gas detector before calibration is completed. The awarded contractor must provide to WCSD Facilities Management Department the completed inventory lists showing results of all site calibrations.
