Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1.Contractor will use Azure Dev Ops to track all work. 3.1.2.Contractor will use Copado Release Management process for all deployments on the Salesforce Platform 3.1.3.Contractor agrees to the non-functional requirements (NFRs) as related to application, security, and other general NFRs unless inapplicable to the solution or waived by the Chief Technology Office or Constituent Engagement Platform Team in writing. 3.1.4.Contractors will adhere to design standards established by the State’s Salesforce Governing Body (SaFGoB) and participate in governance sessions as needed to establish and evolve standards and provide direction. 3.1.5.Adhere to the State ADS Enterprise Project Management Office’s hybrid project management methodology which can be found at (Execution Phase | Enterprise Project Management Office (vermont.gov) for application delivery when required by the State. 3.1.6.Data Compliance: Solutions must adhere to applicable State and Federal standards, policies, and laws. The Bidder Response Form includes a table of data types and their applicable State and Federal standards, policies, and laws. The boxes in the table that are checked are the ones that are applicable to this procurement. 3.1.7.No offshore access will be granted to State Data. Because most work under this contract will require access to State Data, only on shore resources may be used in the execution of this contract, unless the State waives this requirement in writing for particular activities.
