- Building Elements o Demising walls between Concessionaire space and common areas o Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, water, and sewer rough-in o Storefront doors between the space and the main lobby o Door to the exterior in the south wall o All lighting and controls - Finishes o Rolling window shades o The color scheme for the public area shall be neutral and match the aesthetic of the building - Dumpster access and secure staff entrance Concessionaire shall provide: - Building Elements o Signage o Specialty lighting o Prep area cabinets, tables, counter, equipment, etc, as needed. o Plumbing: Three-compartment sink with grease interceptor Hand sinks Mop/utility sink Water heater o Dedicated sub-panel for electrical - Finishes o Easily cleanable flooring, ceiling, and wall covering(s) as required by health code - Equipment for food prep and storage o Reach-in Display Coolers o Refrigerators/Freezers o Back of house cabinets/counters/prep tables o Front counter casework - Small Appliances (examples include, but not limited to the following) o Soup warmers o Microwaves o Panini grill o Toaster o Coffee/espresso machine
