Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. In-Country Recruitment Representation: • Act as the in-country/international recruitment representative (Country Coordinator) for the University of Louisville College of Business, focusing initially on year-round graduate business programs with the potential to expand to undergraduate business school recruitment. • Initially, the Country Coordinator(s) should be based in India. • Ensure the Country Coordinator is a dedicated independent contractor for the College of Business and not paid on commission. • Oversee the selection and hiring process of the Country Coordinator, requiring approval from the College of Business Graduate Programs Office. • Manage in-country human resources, accounting, tax, regulatory, and compliance requirements. 2. Infrastructure and Support: • Provide necessary infrastructure including dedicated physical office spaces in Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bangaluru. • Supply computing equipment (laptop), mobile phone access, wifi, and logistics for receiving and distributing packages to support recruitment activities. • Ensure additional support staff are available for logistical support to the Country Coordinator when necessary. 3. Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: • Offer comprehensive year-round recruitment support from lead generation to enrollment outside of the USA. • Utilize common Customer Relationship Management systems (CRMs) such as Slate to manage and convert leads to applications and enrollments. • Capable of developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to attract prospective students, including digital marketing, social media outreach, and participation in educational fairs and events. • Provide regular reports and analytics on recruitment activities, lead conversion rates, and enrollment numbers to the College of Business Graduate Programs Office. • Maintain strong relationships with local educational institutions, businesses, and other relevant organizations to foster a network that supports recruitment efforts. 4. Expansion and Data-Driven Strategy: • Capable of expanding services to include physical locations in South America, Africa, and Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. • Utilize proprietary international student survey data to inform and refine recruitment strategies. • Provide strategic consulting based on market analytics to guide student recruitment efforts in various countries. • Demonstrated ability to offer additional add on services, at the discretion of the College of Business, that incorporate AI/Machine Learning tools to drive data-driven decision making in the prospect and application management systems. 5. Additional Services and Financial Management: • Exhibit robust financial management processes including maintaining accurate records of payments received, disbursement of funds to representatives, and validation of expenses incurred. • Ability to manage the operational budget of the Country Coordinator, provided by the College of Business. • Manage marketing and travel expenses on a per-cost basis. • Vendor offers recruitment fair services, specifically for graduate students, offering UofL discounts to graduate-focused recruitment activities and fairs based on this partnership.
