Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work for which bids are asked includes the following: • Approximately 660 linear feet of PVC water main extension including all appurtenances and services. • Approximately 600 linear feet of PVC sanitary sewer main extension including all appurtenances and services. • Approximately 650 linear feet of HDPE storm sewer extension including all associated structures. • Approximately 870 linear feet of roadway construction including dense graded base, curb and gutter, and 4-inch asphalt pavement. Roadway right-of-way was graded to proposed subgrade in 2023 and restored with temporary topsoil and seeding. There are existing utilities and dense graded base for a portion of the roadway construction proposed with Phase 2. • Erosion control and traffic control as required. • All other surface/turf restoration work within the right-of-way. • Bid alternate for 4-inch concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, and detectable warning fields.
