BUS GROUP 1 –Somerset Community College, Somerset North Campus (808 Monticello St., Somerset KY) Based on 52 total passengers: 45 students and 7 staff 2. BUS GROUP 2 –Somerset Community College, Russell Center (848 W. Steve Wariner Dr., Russell Springs KY) Based on 47 total passengers: 40 students and 7 staff Tour Description: Package must include: • Deluxe Roundtrip Motorcoach Transportation o 56 passenger motorcoach featuring: Onboard Wifi DVD player PA system On board restroom Comfortable seating Professional driver • All Taxes, Gratuities, and Service Fees • Bus Driver Lodging and Gratuity must be included in pricing • Accommodations: Four (4) nights of lodging at Disney Resort most economical accommodation property – It is imperative that both programs stay at the same resort as close together as possible. o Requested properties: Disney’s All Star Sports/Music/or Movies – OR Disney’s Pop Century Resort • Private Group Security at hotel required (11 p.m. – 7 a.m. each night). One guard will be sufficient. • Parking fees and tolls must be included in pricing • Itinerary planning must be included in pricing • SCC will give tour company meal specifications for dietary restrictions • SCC will collect required parental permission slips and any medical information • SCC to compile medical information for participants and have several copies of forms available for directors and chaperones during tour. • Amenities o Full day-by-day itinerary with emergency contacts for all students and staff o 24-hour emergency assistance number Attractions must include: • Two-day Disney World Park Tickets o July 15th – Hollywood Studios o July 16th – Magic Kingdom with a Disney YES (Imagination Campus) Program • College Tour: University of Central Florida college tour including admissions presentation, and lunch on campus if possible. Meals Included: (All meals included for the duration of the trip, including travel days.) *Only exception: if there is not enough time to do breakfast at the resort on Magic Kingdom Day due to the YES program, SCC can provide snack type breakfast items to students prior to leaving the resort. Or a meal voucher for the park would work. (Preferred: Cost-effective meals that will provide enough food for students throughout the day.) Closing night group meal at Disney Springs on Wednesday, July 17th.
