Firms to offer individual coaching sessions that connects 'Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders' assessments into coaching session that focuses on an individual leadership growth plan. Firms to facilitate group sessions of leadership members (who completed the 'Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders' assessment) that highlights individual strengths and leads a conversation on how to leverage each leadership style to improve the office environment. Firms to facilitate group sessions of team members (who completed the 'Everything DiSC Workplace Catalyst' assessment) that explains DiSC and tailors the session based on organizational needs. Firms must have at least 3 years of experience providing executive coaching within Higher Education, with preference towards coaches having obtained PhDs. Coaches must have credentials such as Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Master Certified Coach (MCC), Executive Coach Certified Professional (ECCP) or Certified Professional Speaker (CPS). Executive coaches will facilitate workshops for multiple Divisions across campus, with an option for one-on-one coaching sessions for individual personal.
