Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide a platform or an electronic system, and recruit qualified representative sample populations as requested by UW-Madison. Bidders must also provide consultation and assistance with questionnaire design and recruitment logistics, data collection services and data analytics. Some public opinion survey requests may be at national level (based on U.S. population), while other survey requests may be at state level (such as, but not limited to Wisconsin or Minnesota or Michigan populations, etc.). UW-Madison researchers would provide draft survey questions for each sample of populations. See Tables (1) through (4) in Attachment C (Cost Sheet). UW-Madison may also ask for surveys targeted to specific populations who speak other languages. Therefore, in cases where survey participants are non-English speaking, UW-Madison may request translation services for these other languages. See Table (2) in Attachment C (Cost Sheet). Some survey requests may require the following items among many others: year of birth, gender, race, education, marital status, employment status, state, household income, etc. Some survey requests may require remote/online follow-up focus group meetings to explore the survey topics in greater depth. See Table (3) in Attachment C (Cost Sheet). Some survey requests may be for employees/staff opinion/feedback. See Table (4) in Attachment C (Cost Sheet). Services are to be performed remotely and online via electronic systems, and data sharing must be accomplished remotely and online via electronic systems controlled by the Contractor. The above description is not intended to be all inclusive and UW-Madison and supplier may develop custom options as needed.
