Specifications include, but are not limited to: Exterior Building • Labor and materials to repair exterior brick on the front entry, to include: o Cut out the existing brick and install new brick; and a stone header to create a door opening that is to the original design. o Grind joints and loose deteriorated brick on the remainder of the building and replace with new brick. o Grind and tuck additional joints on exterior where needed. This should be based on a visual inspection. o Scrape and paint the window frames. o Install a new piece of glass in the upper front window. o Paint and seal soffit and fascia to match the building. Add-On Option #1 - Doors • Labor and materials for building door replacement and refurbishment, to include: o Build new main carriage doors and paint to match the building. o Fill and sand the sills that have damage. o Sand and repaint the two (2) service doors on the front of the building. Add-On Option #2 – Interior Building • Labor and materials for interior building repairs, to include: o The right side of the room: Labor to remove lathe plaster from the ceiling. Drywall the ceiling (mud and fire tape). Go over the parting wall with ½ drywall (mud and fire tape). o The left side of the room: Labor to patch ceiling with furring strips and drywall (mud and tape). Cover the parting wall with drywall (mud and firetape). Scrape loose the concrete coating from the lower exterior walls and the walls in the closet area. Apply foundation coating cement to scraped areas. o Rewiring of Electrical throughout the building and installation/replacement of switches and light fixtures.
