Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected CM/GC firm will work collaboratively with the City and design team throughout the final design process. Key services include: • Constructability reviews • Cost estimating • Public outreach • Scheduling • Value engineering • Construction management This collaborative approach ensures that the final construction meets the City’s needs effectively. At a minimum, the CM/GC will provide the following services: 1. Participate in design meetings and provide input on design, constructability, cost, and schedule. 2. Develop and maintain the project schedule. 3. Prepare construction estimates at key design milestones. 4. Perform value engineering and life-cycle cost analyses. 5. Develop and implement a construction waste management program. 6. Coordinate and manage construction activities. 7. Coordinate with Downtown businesses and property owners. 8. Manage construction activities to reduce impacts to the public. 9. Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, including safety, quality control, and reporting
