Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide both congregate and home delivered meal types. Contractor shall furnish all food and labor necessary to prepare congregate meals. Contractor shall furnish all food, containers and labor necessary to prepare and serve home delivered meals. The home delivered meals shall be packaged individually with seal tight covers for transportation and in an insulated carrying case (provided by MCDPH). Home delivered meals are to be packaged utilizing a tray system by Oliver Products that is equivalent in size to that currently in use by MCDPH so as to fit in the carrying cases. The number of meals to be prepared each day is determined by the number of registered home delivered clients and the number of congregate meal reservations for that day. The actual meal count will be called in to the Contractor by 3:00 p.m. the day prior (Friday for Monday meals).
