Specifications include, but are not limited to: MTS has sprinkler systems, fire alarm control panels and annunciators, duct detectors, heat detectors, smoke detectors, wet pipe systems, and audible/visible notification appliances. 1. The Vendor will complete annual, semiannual, quarterly, and any other required fire alarm and sprinkler system inspections in accordance with NFPA 25, NFPA 72, and State of Wisconsin requirements. a. After each visit, vendor must provide a report of the inspection to the MTS Building and Grounds Manager. b. A logbook shall be provided and maintained by the vendor to maintain accountability of time spent in the building and working on systems. Descriptions of work performed shall be included in the logbook. i. Vendor shall properly record the services rendered along with dates and times of completed work and name(s) of vendor personnel performing work
