Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Materiel Division, State Purchasing Bureau (SPB), is issuing this solicitation for a commodity contract, ITB Number 6898 OF for the purpose of selecting a qualified Contractor to provide Medical and Industrial Compressed Gases. A more detailed description can be found in Section VI. The resulting contract may not be an exclusive contract as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar goods from other sources now or in the future. The term of the contract will be three (3) years commencing upon execution of the contract by the State and the Contractor (Parties). The Contract includes the option to renew for five (5) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual agreement of the Parties. The State reserves the right to extend the period of this contract beyond the termination date when mutually agreeable to the Parties.
