Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of the manufacture and delivery of Secondary Plus Wastewater Treatment Equipment for inclusion as an allowance in a general construction contract. Equipment “Vendor” or “Manufacturer” as “Seller” shall be required to furnish equipment as specified herein to the awardee of the general contract (“Buyer”) at the bid price submitted. The equipment shall provide a secondary plus (Secondary+) level of wastewater treatment using recirculating sand/textile filters as described in the Indirect Discharge Rules of the State of Vermont, Agency of Natural Resources, Department of Environmental Conservation, Drinking Water and Groundwater Protection Division.
