Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Defense Veterans and Emergency Management (Department) is seeking Access Control System repair and maintenance throughout the State as defined in this Request for Proposal (RFP) document. This document provides instructions for submitting proposals, the procedure and criteria by which the awarded Bidder will be selected, and the contractual terms which will govern the relationship between the State of Maine (State) and the awarded Bidder. The Department is looking to have Galaxy and Elk Access Control systems repaired and maintained at the Maine Army National Guard facilities throughout Maine. The Army National Guard requires all vendors to have a valid Certification of Installation for an ELK M1GOLD system from the ARNG-IES ESS IDS (964-CFMO-110). The Department does not have the personnel to meet this standard
