Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 Request the required pre-approvals if a pipette is identified as needing more extensive maintenance or repair beyond greasing o-rings, replacing o-rings or springs. The vendor will reach out within seven (7) days to discuss costs and approval before proceeding. 4.2 Provide single Channel calibrations – any pipette that takes one (1) tip, includes dispensers, dilutors, and syringes. 4.3 Provide multi-Channel calibrations – any pipette that takes two (2) or more tips. 4.4 Provide automatic replacement of worn parts in each unit without additional charges as part of preventative maintenance. 4.5 Provide calibration service to include ‘As Found’ and ‘As Left’ data of pipettes. 4.6 Provide electronic calibration reports. 4.7 Clean, adjust, and lubricate each unit as required to maintain peak operation, such as greasing o-rings, replacing o-rings or springs as part of preventative maintenance. 4.8 Provide maintenance and parts needed as part of the recertification. 4.9 Provide service during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Arizona time. Excluding State holidays: Exhibit One (1). 4.10 Provide factory-trained technicians to perform service work on ADHS units in a prompt and professional manner either on-site or via mail-in service.
