Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this RFP, City of Kingman is seeking to create a public-private partnership that will maximize long-term revenues for both parties and generate economic benefit to the City of Kingman and the Greater Kingman region through development of approximately 339 vacant acres of aeronautical land located at Kingman Municipal Airport. Offerors are asked to submit a written proposal based on the criteria listed below, subject to any addenda that the City may release prior to the RFP due date. Proposals will be reviewed and scored by the City’s Evaluation Panel and will serve as the basis for the interview, if conducted, between the Offeror’s and the City’s Evaluation Panel.
