Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Firm will provide pricing for 403(b) Retirement Plan Consulting and Advisory Services as listed in the Detailed Objective and Solution Requirements section of this RFP. B. If there are fees other than specified in the RFP, please list them separately on the quote. C. Note that El Rio Health is a tax-exempt organization. We are tax exempt on materials, but we do pay tax on labor. Our tax-exempt letters are available upon request. D. El Rio Health reserves the right: (1) to award proposals received, (2) to reject any or all proposals, or any part thereof, and (3) to accept the proposal that is in the best interest of El Rio Health. E. The 403(b) Retirement Plan Consulting and Advisory Services Awarded will be for the plan benefit year of 2025.
