Specifications include, but are not limited to: LMHA seeks price-competitive, full-service rental property management service offers from qualified, experienced and knowledgeable property management firms. These management services will include, but not be limited to, the following duties and responsibilities, as further described in the preceding Section: Rules, Regulations, and Licensing Requirements The Respondent and staff must possess and maintain all necessary required license(s) to do business in the City of Louisville and the State of Kentucky. In addition, the Respondent shall comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the services contemplated herein, especially those applicable to conflict of interest. Respondent is presumed to be familiar with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, codes, rules, and regulations that may in any way affect the services to be provided hereunder. Marketing The selected Respondent will be responsible for administering a marketing effort aimed at a diverse group of future tenants. This marketing effort should be made through various advertising/marketing outlets, including rental publications, newspapers, select spot advertising through various media, community outreach, and any other outlets the Respondent sees fit. Further, this marketing effort must be made in accordance with all applicable HUD and LMHA requirements.
