The City of Keene is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide Construction Engineering services for two separate Local Public Agency (LPA) projects. Firms are invited to submit their qualifications for either one or both projects as described in the scope of services. In a letter to Local Public Agencies dated June 2, 2020, the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announced that it would strictly enforce its Consultant Conflict of Interest guidelines for any projects that receive authorization to advertise after January 1, 2021. Under those guidelines, the City must obtain the services of a consultant differing from the design engineer to perform Construction Engineering services. We are currently planning to advertise two LPA projects in 2024.
