Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide engineering services for wastewater systems throughout the state in partnership with the WWEB, including: planning studies, feasibility studies, rate studies, alternatives analyses, engineering investigations, program reviews, program development, technical reviews, general design services, and preliminary and/or final design for upgrades to the Franklin Training Center located at the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program (WRBP), a NHDES owned and operated regional WWTF. • Provide engineering services for stormwater systems throughout the state in partnership with the WWEB and the Watershed Management Bureau (WMB), including: planning studies, feasibility studies, rate studies, alternatives analyses, engineering investigations, program reviews, program development, and technical reviews. In addition, assistance in reviewing design plans, basis of design reports, and other planning reports. • Prepare templates, guidance documents, and other materials, and provide assistance with the preparation of education and outreach efforts pertaining the 2017 NH Small MS4 General Permit (or most current permit)...
