Specifications include, but are not limited to: Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include: Rehabilitation of existing asphaltic concrete courts 1, 2, 5, 6, 11 & 12 with three (3) new 13,800 square foot asphaltic concrete tennis courts, application of acrylic color coating and striping, and all other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications at the Reno Tennis Center located at 2601 Plumas Street, Reno, NV. Bid alternates for installment of new electrical conduit, lighting upgrades, and light posts with foundations, install of new man gate, fence repairs, removal of existing acrylic coating from courts 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 & 10, sandblast, reapplication of acrylic color coating and striping, and all other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications.
