The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for competitive negotiations pursuant to 200 KAR 5:307 for Kentucky State Parks’ 100th Anniversary beer, bourbon and spirits, and/or wine in retail packages. To commemorate Kentucky State Parks’ 100th Anniversary, the Department of Parks is issuing this RFP with the intent to select one vendor each for a beer, a bourbon, a spirit and a wine. The successful vendor(s) will have their product sold at licensed state parks. The Kentucky Department of Parks is currently licensed to serve alcohol (retail by the drink for malt beverage, wines and spirits and malt beverage package), at 14 state resort parks and four (4) state golf courses. The Kentucky Department of Parks will obtain the appropriate licenses to sell package wines and spirits to include quota retail package or limited non-quota package at qualified park locations.
