Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Dakota University System, Core Technology Services, is requesting information for room scheduling software for academic classrooms, events, facilities, equipment, and other resources. The system will be used by the 11 North Dakota University System institutions https://ndus.edu/institutions. Respondents are asked to provide a detailed description on how your product could satisfy the following requirements: R1 Describe the deployment model used to deliver/access your product in terms of cloud-based, hosted, or on-premises. Response: R2 Does your product have the ability to perform a bidirectional interface with our PeopleSoft Campus Connection student information system to provide real-time tracking and management of classroom usage. Response: R3 Explain how your product optimizes classroom usage based on set preferences for room assignments, i.e. location preferences, instructional needs. Response: R4 Can your product accommodate scheduling for unique offerings of academic courses, i.e., online, continuing education, and adult education. Response: R5 Can your product accommodate for the scheduling of other resource like events, equipment, staff/student gatherings/meetings.
