Specifications include, but are not limited to: Areas to be cleaned: o Lobby area and entryways o Reception area, offices, and kitchen area o Women’s and Men’s locker rooms and Family Changing Rooms o Women’s and Men’s Restrooms in upstairs lobby o Meeting rooms and hallways o Fitness Area and Walking Track area o Basketball / Volleyball Gymnasium o Natatorium Tasks to be completed include: o Disinfect and clean locker rooms, showers and bathroom areas o Sanitize all hard surfaces o Keep all toilet paper dispensers full. o Sweeping, use of floor machine, vacuuming all floors o Collection and removal of trash to dumpster o Wash windows and glass area o General cleaning of facility Equipment and supplies: o The City will supply all cleaning supplies for the daily maintenance (can liners, toilet paper, vacuums, floor machine, and mops/buckets, etc.). o The Contractor will supply the equipment and supplies to shampoo the carpets quarterly. o The contractor will communicate daily any custodial equipment repair or malfunctions or other facility related issue that their staff my note during their cleaning shifts.
