Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of Work will be to study and understand two problematic low lying road segments within the study area and to assess how wetlands, wildlife habitat and hydrology can be improved and restored, how East Creek can gain more access to its floodplain and river corridor through road improvements such as partial relocation, roadway elevating and/or upgrades to the drainage structures. All alternatives will be evaluated and a Benefit Cost Analysis will be completed for the preferred alternative. The Town of Chittenden participated in a Rutland Regional Planning Commission Wetland Restoration Feasibility Study published in May 2021 and this will be available for reference. A VTrans Hydraulic and Hydrology Report is also available. Deliverables include the following- 1. Meetings and Communications 2.
